- The Portal Storms raging all over Golmar Earth for six years had finally ceased, leaving the planet in ruin and mostly uninhabitable by Xen lifeforms.
- The Empire of the Combine Race invade Golmar Earth whilst they conquer most of the Golmar Universe. The invasion lasted for several hours, signifying the official start of the First Multiverse War.
- The Combine begin the occupation of Golmar Earth and begin work of mining for Earth's natural resources and officially dissolved and fragmented the nations of Golmar Earth.
- Wallace Breen appointed interim administrator by the Combine.
- Earth Overwatch is established.
- All nations of Golmar Earth dissolved and fragmented.
