- Discovery of the Liuo'opui Universe
- The United States of America, United Kingdom/British Empire, the Old Galactic Republic, the Federation of Sovereign Worlds, the Alliance to Restore the Republic, and the Commonwealth of Golmaran States officially signed the Treaty of Washington, creating the Alliance of Nations.
Demi'ini 2504[]
- February 6, The Players' Club pirates try to sabotage a Kel-Morian Combine operation on Chanuk. With the aid of the Dominion Marine Corps, the plan is foiled.
- Raynor's Raiders recover a zerg tissue sample in June 10.
- The Zerg invade Mar Sara, landing at the artifact's dig site. The Raiders hold out long enough for extraction by the Hyperion.
- Simultaneously, Sarah Kerrigan led a zerg attack on several Terran Dominion worlds, beginning the Second Great War. Emperor Arcturus Mengsk withdraws the Dominion Fleet to protect the core worlds, leaving the fringe worlds to fend for themselves.
- In December, Valerian's Dominion fleet and Raynor's Raiders invade Char. After long and bloody combat, the Xel'naga artifact is successfully activated, restoring Kerrigan to her human form.
- Arcturus Mengsk and the rest of the Dominion Armada arrive, intending to terminate Kerrigan. Valerian and Raynor flee with her, sparking a small scale civil war. Due to her illness, they meet up with Dr. Emil Narud, head of the Moebius Foundation to try to treat her. However, Narud betrays them and makes common cause with Emperor Mengsk. He escapes with the artifact, while Raynor and Valerian escape, taking Kerrigan to a secret Umojan Protectorate laboratory.
- Narud travels to Atrias, a Tal'darim world in the Sigma quadrant, and revives Amon.
- Egon Stetmann is assigned to research the moon of Bel'Shir. He is ordered to establish a scientific outpost with the promise that more staff will follow. However, they fail to show up, leading to 18 months of radio silence.
- For over two weeks, Valerian subjects Kerrigan to a number of tests, seeing how she reacts to stimuli.
Duyi'zu 2268[]
- The Defiant is discovered by the USS Enterprise adrift in the interphase of Tholian space with all of the crew dead due to mass insanity. After Kirk is rescued from the ship, unknown to the Federation and Starfleet, the USS Defiant, courtesy of a Tholian tri-cobalt warhead, ends up in the mirror version in 2155 stolen by Commander Jonathan Archer and the crew of the ISS Enterprise.
- The Combine Empire entered the Duyi'zu Universe and discovered the Milky Way galaxy, they plotted an invasion and search for possible rifts and tears through the barrier that surrounds the galaxy.
- The Enterprise makes first contact with androids from the Andromeda Galaxy. This is made difficult at first due to the interference of Harcourt Fenton Mudd.
- The USS Enterprise visits Deep Space Station K-7.
- The United Federation of Planets hosts the Babel Conference, which eventually results in Coridan's admission to the Federation.
- Federation cultural observer and former history teacher of Captain Kirk, John Gill, is shot and killed on the planet Ekos by Melakon after Gill denounces his own idea of a Nazi regime set up on Ekos as well as their battle against the Zeon and the subjugation and extermination of Zeon's population on a star system wide television broadcast. Melakon is in turn shot and killed by Isak. Thereafter, Isak and Ekosians Daras and Eneg agree to end the violence and set Ekos on a more humane path.
- Dr. Richard Daystrom suffers a mental breakdown aboard the USS Enterprise.
- The Dohlman of Elas named Elaan is married, in an arranged union, to the ruler of Troyius in the hopes of fostering peace between the planet Elas and the planet Troyius, which are both in the Tellun star system.
- A brief alliance between the Klingon Empire and the Romulan Star Empire occurs. This results in an exchange of technology and spacecraft design, most notably the cloaking device to the Klingons.
- All the adults of the Starnes Exploration Party are killed, due to the alien Gorgan's influence on the children, on the Federation outpost planet Triacus. Gorgan is destroyed, a short time later, aboard the USS Enterprise.
- Dr. Miranda Jones boards a Medusan vessel to help ready Medusans to be navigators on Federation starships.
- Lokai steals a shuttlecraft from Starbase 4.
- The planet Cheron's humanoid population destroys their cities and kills each other off in a civil war, making much of the planet uninhabitable to humanoid lifeforms; lower species animals encroach on and take over the cities.
- Dr. McCoy, with the help of Lieutenant Brent and an operations division lieutenant, administers to the inmates/patients of Elba II asylum a revolutionary new medicine that potentially could eliminate mental illness.
- Odona becomes patient zero (although she is cured of the disease herself) and introduces the disease Vegan choriomeningitis to her people on Gideon as a way to control the population on that planet.
- The star Minara goes supernova.
- Ceti Alpha VI explodes and turns the former M-class planet Ceti Alpha V into a barren wasteland.
- The Polaric Test Ban Treaty is signed after the near destruction of a Romulan research colony due to a polaric ion device explosion on Chaltok IV.
- Harry Mudd steals a starship to escape the androids from the Andromeda Galaxy. According to Sulu, this happened four weeks before Stardate 5730.2.
- A Slaver stasis box is discovered by archaeologists on the planet Kzin.
- The Keeper of the Shore Leave Planet dies.
- A Federation vessel makes first contact with the Children of Tama, but formal relations cannot be established due an inability to understand the Tamarian language, which is described as incomprehensible.

- Evacuation from Southern Italy begun.
Kui'uyi 2357[]
- Kui'uyi Universe is discovered.

- Reorganization of the Alliance to Restore the Republic into the New Galactic Republic.
- General Grievous, reborn as N-K Necrosis, was destroyed deep in the Myyydril Caverns by a group of spacers on Kashyyyk.
- Numerous remnants of the Galactic Republic era were investigated on Mustafar by spacers.
- Exar Kun's essence and his cult were defeated by a group of spacers within the depths of his ancient temple on Yavin 4. Kun was not yet completely destroyed.
- A group of spacers infiltrated an Imperial-class Star Destroyer in the Bright Jewel system that had been hijacked by the Black Sun and the traitorous Grand Admiral Andal Sait and his officers. The remaining Imperial crew was rescued and the traitors defeated.
- The First Bounty Hunter Wars start.
- Rogue Squadron is formed.
