- Battle of the USS Odyssey
- USS Voyager commissioned under the command of Kathryn Janeway.
- Captain Buck Rogers is taken out of status after 504 years, and becomes a member of the Earth Defense Directorate.
- The Alliance of Nations conducts an operation to liberate Bajoran prisoners held captive on Cardassia IV, Major Kira Nerys and Miles O'Brien took part in the Attack of Cardassia IV, lasted briefly when the Cardassian Union offered an exchange of the prisoners as a sign of non-aggression to avoid war.
- The Cardassian Union plotted tried to regain its influence on Bajor by secretly supporting a Bajoran extremist group called The Circle, but their plan was thwarted.
- Kira Nerys and Julian Bashir are transported to the Nuyi’zu Universe.
- B'Elanna Torres joins the Maquis after Chakotay saves her life.
- Ro Laren completes the Advanced Tactical Training program and is promoted to lieutenant. She returns to the Enterprise-D, but later joins the Maquis to help them against the Axis of Empires.
- The Brunali homeworld is attacked by the Empire of the Combine Race
- The USS Equinox, commanded by Captain Rudolph Ransom, is commissioned.
- Mitth'raw'nuruodo orders the construction of the starship Anaximander in secret on Duyi'zu Mars.
