- USS Defiant deployed to Deep Space 9
- The starship USS Equinox disappears near the Bajor System, pulled into the Delta Quadrant after the damage of the gate flung them from the Alpha Quadrant during the battle against the Combine. The ship's KFV Drive was damaged and only limited to their Warp Drive, set a return course to the Alpha Quadrant or to closest Alliance outpost, but encounters the Krowtonan Guard, becoming severely damaged while losing half of its crew.
- Marquis Raider Val Jean goes missing near Bajor System.
- The starship USS Voyager departs Deep Space 9 on a mission to find the Maquis raider Val Jean after being chased by Cardassian and Star Destroyer ships. Both allied ships are thrown through a dimensional rift into the Filo Universe by the Caretaker.
- deployed to the Bajor System to search for USS Equinox and Val Jean, goes missing shortly after arriving.
- USS Voyager transported to the edge of Filo Universe's galaxy and find getting back to the Duyi'zu is impossible.
- The Enterprise is destroyed over Veridian III. Almost the entire crew survives in the vessel's saucer section after the ship's separation, which crash lands on the planet along with the attached captain's yacht Calypso after the ship's stardrive section exploded, impacting the saucer with an ion shock wave. The Enterprise-D undergoes a major refit.
- Worf is promoted to lieutenant commander.
- General Martok is replaced by a changeling.
- The Obsidian Order, together with the Tal Shiar plan a joint assault on the Dominion homeworld at the Great Link, however they are lured into a trap when they attack the Founders' homeworld in the Gamma Quadrant by the combined forces of the Dominion and the Chimera, following the conclusion of the Dominion joining the Coalition of Independent States. The following battle leads to the complete destruction of the combined Romulan-Cardassian fleet of twenty ships and severely cripples both organizations, which, in turn, reduces possible resistance against the Dominion down to the Alliance and Axis state powers prevent in the Milky Way galaxy.
- The Bajoran Shakaar Edon, a former cell leader in the Bajoran Resistance, becomes first minister of Bajor's provisional government.
- On Veridian III, Captain Jean-Luc Picard retrieves formerly lost Captain James T. Kirk from the temporal nebula known as Nexus.
- Grand Nagus Zek obtains the Orb of Wisdom.
- Benjamin Sisko is promoted by Starfleet Command from commander to captain.
- It is discovered that the Founders of the Dominion have infiltrated the Alpha Quadrant, and to the extension of the Alliance of Nations and the Axis of Empires.
Filo 105 ABG[]
- Voyager makes First contact the Talaxians, the Ocampa ,and the Ssi-ruu.
- The Caretaker's array, the only means home, is later destroyed by Captain Kathryn Janeway in order to prevent the Sci-ruu from capturing the array and the two crews are forced to work together to find a route back to the Alpha Quadrant.
- Buck Rogers, whilst stranded in the filo universe, joins the crew of the USS Voyager after being stranded in the Filo Skyriver galaxy.
Nuyi'zu 2371[]
- With the death of the mirror version of Sisko, Miles "Smiley" O'Brien recruits the Duyi'zu variant Benjamin Sisko to take his counterparts place temporarily. Smiley steals the design schematics for the USS Defiant during his visit to Deep Space 9.
- Jennifer Sisko defects to the Terran Rebellion.
