Ahsoka Tano, nicknamed Snips by her master is a Togruta female from the Filo Universe who trained as a Jedi apprentice during the Multiverse Wars. Tano was assigned to the Filo Anakin Skywalker by Jedi Grand Master Yoda, and she demonstrated an eagerness to prove herself worthy to be his apprentice. Along with Skywalker, Tano was instrumental in acquiring the Republic's safe passage through Hutt Space, due to her part in rescuing the son of Jabba the Hutt, which ensured an alliance between the Republic and the Hutt clans.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
In 36 BBY, Ahsoka Tano was born on the planet Shili to the Togrutas Pav-ti and Nak-il Tano. Early in her life, Tano was taken on a journey by her mother, who taught her about life and death. During that period, the young girl encountered a raxshir feline, which she reached out to without fear. She proceeded to ride atop the animal to return home. Upon her return, the elder Togruta Gantika realized the infant was Force-sensitive and declared that she would be a Jedi. When Tano was three years old, she was discovered by Jedi Master Plo Koon among her people on Shili after her natural ability to sense the intentions and feelings of others had marked her as Force-sensitive.

A Greater Threat[]
As Tano stared into hyperspace, she received a vision of a conflict of what appeared to be herself battling a Dark Lord of the Sith, but did not fully understand what she was feeling. With this, Tano rushed into the command center and informed Rex that she believed something terrible had happened to Skywalker. However, she received a response from her master who was calm and shared with her the news of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine was in fact the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, shocked by this revelation. Escaped from the authorities and no where in sight, she felt something else, something terrible coming. Suddenly the Tribunal she was on was forcibly pulled out of Hyperspace and attacked by an unknown fleet of ships and heavily taken damage.
Rex came to her side and helped her on her feet, uncertain who this new foe is and clarified to not being a Separatist force they know of, she could feel through he force there was something wrong about them on those ships, so alien and not from their world. The invading forces suddenly materialised within the starship, overwhelmed by their superior firepower and unknown synthetic creatures but proved to be not entirely invincible given they can be taken down and not immune to her lightsabers. But Rex knew they can't hold them off forever, Tano made her way to the ship's armory to secure it in case the invaders got it it first.
She told Rex to give the order for the clones and all the crew to make their way to the escape pods, with the ship compromised, the only solution is to sent it crashing into the closes planet as the self-destruct system as cut off. Tano used the Force to push the door out and killed several of the alien soldiers, making their escape easier. Briefly stunned, the other troopers were killed by a creature that tried to ambush them but the rest were saved by Rex; however, several more invading soldiers appeared from both sides as Tano rushed out, lightsabers ignited, blocking each of their shots while many bounced off and reflected back at them and their Synths.
As they fought their way through, Tano ordered R7 to find them a path off of the Star Destroyer. While doing so, R7 managed to close the blast doors around them, sealing off several oncoming invaders for the remaining troopers to make their retreat, allowing Rex and Tano to round up the few remaining troopers to join them. Now at a pause in the action, R7 informed Tano that all of the escape pods had been destroyed, leading Tano to conclude that taking a shuttle would be their best bet to escape but could not afford to lose the troopers, yet Rex told her they are preparing to give their lives for others to survive and warn the Republic of a new threat. With this, Tano began to leave, but while she walked away Rex informed her that Maul had escaped his imprisonment, but Tano, having let him out herself, informed Rex upon this fact, to his surprise. He began to question her on why she would do such a thing, but she simply said that it was for a diversion as Tano began to rush for the hangar, asking Rex to hurry.
