Anionios Basileus is perhaps one of two of the Multiverse's last known Precursors. He had always been a power hunger wouldbe tyrant, a being that used anything to gain power, odd considering his species nature. He, out of fear for his mate's life, made himself and her immortal and became witness to the horrors that the Multiverse has to offer after their species extinction. Eventually, the being created an Empire of Eternity in an attempt to conquer the Federation and name himself the Emperor of the known universes. He was killed near the end of the Multiverse Civil War.
