Akiko Yujo, born Akiko Kubo, is a female human from the Malica Universe, the wife of Daichi Yujo and overall matriarch of the massive Yujo Family and the mother of Sora Yujo, the chosen bearer of the Keyblade during Xehanort Crisis and Conflict. When she and her husband learned of their son's role and his disappearance, she shared her husband's desire to try and do anything to find their lost son and reunite with him in the process, she was visited by a strange visitor who revealed that Sora and his friends were safe and will return in the future but did not reveal when that will be but explain it to be a long time, forcing both her and her husband to wait and over time grew their family, siring 55 other children between 15 to 442 AXC (1275 to 1702 NE) during the Malican War between the United Commonwealths of Worlds and the Empire of the Heartless.
Akiko supported the Commonwealths as much as she could and held onto hope of any news for her son, and in 442 AXC (1702 NE) finally received such news, specifically, him and his friends were on Colomar and were found by the relatively recently freed Warriors of Light and Alexi Scott and his crew and quickly joined her family in rescuing them and discovered they were in stasis for the last four centuries much like how the Warriors of Light themselves were such victims of.

- Akiko has a pretty negative relationship with her father Hidemi, most of which deals with his many, many affairs with other women, including her mother, Cassia, which in turn caused all five of his marriages to fall apart as a result, her mother include, as such, the man who viewed as more of a father-figure is her mother's second husband, Servius.
- Akiko is just as capable at combat and magic as her son and husband, with her being especially skilled at the art of the sword, which she enhances with the use of fire and lightening based magics.
- She bears a striking resemblance Jill Warrick leading many in universe to theorize that she might be a variate of the woman in some way, albeit with different hair and eye colors, her being brown and gold to Jill's gray hair and eyes.
