Albin Kindler was one of a handful of post-Second Earthican Civil War German Warlords to emerge from the fall of the Greater German Empire that lead his own army in taking control of some 30 systems outside of the immediate reach of the Alliance of Civilizations and held onto it for a few decades before it was conquered by the Alliance in 2391 NE after a month long campaign, where he was captured and sentence to 560 years in Alliance prison.

Intentionally, Kindler and his forces were once apart of Goebbels' Remnant following the fall of Germania under the mistaken belief that Goebbels was the Reich's acting Führer following Hitler's reported death as he and the rest of his forces were largely cut off from communication with the rest of the Reich at that point in time. But two months after he pledge his forces to Goebbels, he and his forces did receive word that not only was Goebbels not the acting Führer of the Reich, the Reich no longer existed as the real acting Führer after Hitler's supposed death, Karl Dönitz, surrendered to the United States of Earth and the Alliance. After that point, Kindler saw no other point in staying with Goebbels forces and began to take his forces out, but not without having a skirmish with Goebbels' remnant but largely emerge from it without any loses.

After Kindler left Goebbels and his remnant, he took his forces and their families and made it as far away from Allied controlled region of space as fast as he and his forces could, leaving Pol Universe entirely and spend the next few years wondering the Known Multiverse occasionally raiding ships and planets for resources before returning back to its' self impose exile before eventually discovering a universe far enough away from Alliances forces for Kindler and his troops to set up colonies to create a little with him as its' ruler.

But this would not last for long as eventually Kindler's group would spend much of its' time fighting against other former Reich Warlords, various Axis Remnants from all the major factions, and other non-Alliance states as well, and it was during this period that Ahsoka Tano of the Viau Universe, along with Sabine Wren, Hera Syndulla and Kanan Jarrus tracked down and forced him to give them intel on the possible location of their recently missing comrade, Ezra Bridger, to which he did. Some four years after that even, his army would be discovered by the Alliance and nearly wiped out entirely, which lead to his capture.

In a six month trial, Kindler would ultimately be sentence to 560 years in Alliance prison for crimes against peace. After he was released in 2951 NE, Kindler returned to Pol Earth and settled in the rebuilt city of Berlin, where he remained all the way up to Pol Universe destruction in the Multiverse Civil War thousands of years later.
