Alexander the III was a male Human from the Malica Universe. He was the 108th monarch of the Terran Empire, who was the King during the Second Terran-Procyon War. 25 Years after the signing of the Treaty of Gisane, which ended the First Terran-Procyon War, King Alexander III took advantage of a period of unrest in the Procyon Expanse to launch an invasion in the name of Retribution. Alexander III personally commanded the fleet as it swept across Procyon space pillaging as it made its way towards Laar, the Procyon Homeworld. The Retribution fleet was halted by the Procyon Armada as the Procyon people put the cause of their unrest aside in order to face a common foe. Upon his defeat, the sinking of his flagship, his sister Catherine IV ascended to the throne.
Alexander the III is remembered as 'The Mad King' due to his hatred of the Procyons, his insistence in reaching Laar even when others felt retribution had been made, and for his refusal to retreat in the face of obvious defeat when facing the Procyon Armada.
