Alexis Oxton is a female human and the eldest biological daughter of Overwatch hero Lena and Emily Oxton as a result of advance medical science by Kaminoan medical doctor of the Alliance to allow her mothers to conceive children to start a family. Growing up Contu’uji Earth and into her birth a secret from the public for her safety until she came to learn about it when she was in her late teens.
As she cared for her family and siblings, Alexis enrolled for the medical career to help people when inspired by her mother who fights to protect their Earth from the hostile threats such as the Axis of Empires and the Coalition.

Lena and Emily after being married for sometime considered adoption to raise a family, possibly those who are orphans without families, but while discovered by Lena that some members of the Alliance have advance medical science as well as cloning. Lena learned about the Kaminoans who were widely known for it and spoke to one of the possibility of conceding with her wife. Both Lena and Emily were overjoyed and yet still kept the idea of adoption for the future with their newly extended lifespans, Emily offered to be the one to get pregnant so Lena wouldn't risk herself on missions.
