Arshad Al-Rabbani is a Zacreyvanian statesman and military officer who is the President of Zacreyvania from XXXXNE. He was also Prime Minister of Zacreyvania from XXXXNE to XXXXNE, as well as regional secretary of the regional command of the Zacreyvanian regional branch of the NCZP (All-National Congress of Zacreyvania Party) and secretary general of the National Command of the NCZP from XXXXNE to XXXXNE. Assad participated in the 1967 Zacreyvanian coup d'état which brought the Zacreyvanian regional branch of the Nationalists NCZP to power, and the new leadership appointed him commander of the Zacreyvanian Air Force. In February XXXXNE, Assad participated in a second coup, which toppled the traditional leaders of the NCZP. Assad was appointed defence minister by the new government. Four years later, Rabbani initiated a third coup which ousted the de facto leader Saamir el-Harroun and appointed himself as leader of Zacreyvania.
