Grand Terran Alliance troops in the Ketra system
The Artemis War is one of the battles in the First War between the Alliance of Nations, the PMC, and Artemis Global Security. The Allies had the element of surprise on their side, temporarily giving them the upper hand. The commander of the Artemis forces was identified as George Taketa, the allied forces were commanded by Benjamin Sisko from Deep Space 9 to provide support the US Military after Artemis' betrayal. This conflict resulted in the month long battle which subsequently led to direct military intervention by an NP0 and AOB-led coalition.
