Arvo Leroy is a male human, the first born son of Aanakwad O'Neill and Sarrha Leroy from the Inio'zioni Universe. Being the first born on a colony ship before their arrival to Sekros Prime, his first creating a new nation among the human pioneers when cut off from the United Earth Federation and formed the Sekrosian Solar Empire, making his parents the rulers and Arvo as first prince in line for the throne.
Growing up in the rise of the Sekrosian Empire, Arvo studied and trained to lead as a strong ruler like his father, inspired by his heroics during the federal service as a soldier and on occasions ruled in his absence to keep his people safe and build strong relations with the neighbouring worlds. The royal prince would have many siblings over the centuries who became princes and princesses, given their own political and military roles selected by their father, while Arvo would serve political but actively lead his forces for signs of the Empire of the Combine Race nearby.
At the time he became aware of his father's sudden change of behaviour more abusive and people suffering, Arvo could not let this continue any longer and decided since knowing his father would not listen, would find those he can trust to help overthrow his father, with the help of his siblings and Mulan Yujo offering her help. Leading his forces against the loyalists, he found out some of them were in fact more towards the UEF when he assumed they were disbanded. Confronting his father and defeated him, unable to kill him and chose to send him to a planet to watch over in his imprisonment and exile, while publicly proclaim his 'death' to the public.
It was to this after the war, Arvo had taken the throne as the new king to rebuild the Sekrosian Empire to a path it was meant to. And on during his time rebuilding the damage, he found out his father had been preparing this for a long time and revealed the traitors who plotted to conspire against them as traitors to David M. Young. Taking his father's wish to gather allies for the coming war against the UEF and join the Alliance of Nations after the Great War.
Arvo was the second and final ruler of the Sekrosian Empire for a period of time until reforming the nation into the Free Systems Republic with many of the races to stand as allies against the UEF. While he had managed to bring the nation to a new age and prepared the forces for the coming moment the UEF would plot to turn on them. In the time of forming a treaty with President Young, only to serve for centuries until his newly formed Grand Terran Empire plotted to invade the Free Systems Commonwealth in their act of betrayal against the Alliance. Fighting alongside the loyalist faction to bring down the Terran Empire for good.

Early Life[]
Arvo was born in 2114 INio'zioni (1520 NE) with his parents on a colony ship after the colonists were stranded in a distant part of space, he was but several years old when his sister was an infant. He and his family were to arrive on a new world for colonisation until they were stranded to a deep unknown region of the cosmos beyond the Milky Way galaxy. The colonists discovered a habitable planet and named it Sekros Prime. During their development of a society and the rise of the Sekrosian Solar Empire with his parents as king and queen, making Arvo as the royal prince of a new stellar nation.
Spending years learning of being a prince, following in his father's footsteps to prepare him for when he is ready to take the throne and rule the empire. Learning the means of combat, military and politics at a steady ready with their extended lifespans and his father thought would give plenty of time for his son to be a great leader. Although he was knowledgeable of the United Earth Federation with his father continuing his through the prolong periods of time to prepare the empire for when the UEF would become aware of them.

Arvo immediate began setting work for his citizens of the Empire to rebuilt and focusing on building better relations with the members of the Alliance of Nations as well as establishing planetary and regional governors across Sekrosian space, more so than those he can trust and not repeat the same mistake as his father's in the previous regime. Focusing on the damage and rounding up the criminals within the government for letting the chaos happen with the loyal spies by princess Serket Leroy. The new king was aware that that the United Earth Federation will become aware of their existence and their origins, and with the war spreading in his home universe, Arvo needed to gain allies who can provide support for his people's sovereignty and also more importantly to increase military forces.
Using the information given to him by Mulan on various worlds and factions to consider allies or threats, the King consulted with his council and siblings to establish strong relations with the neighbouring worlds such as the Dharru for the potential invasion by the Irkens and their Earth cousins for a possible war. Taking advice from his mother and allowing one of his wives who suggest they need to be prepared and hoping to establish better relations with the Federation as they can in the times of war, Arvo knew for certain it would not be easy but taking heed of their advice while building a better new era for his people. Arvo even considered the thought of having monarchs to have limited terms such as choosing a king or queen by election and power for the council of different worlds and cultures to have a more mutual trust for the new government.

Most of Arvo's siblings would be made as senators as well as military positions such as his brother, Sjurd taking command of one of the royal fleets. Opening trades with the United Commonwealths of Worlds establishing trades along with the New Galactic Republic.

Arvo carries the traits of being a charismatic, kind hearted, and strong will, inheriting his father's keen sense of fighting for what he believes in and developed a sense of honor and justice. He was close to his family as well to his siblings, particularly his other half-siblings from his step-mothers and felt a sense of responsibility to protect them and remain close, taking his father's example of helping them gain potential skills and positions they be more qualified to help govern . Although growing up in a royal lifestyle did not change his behaviour as using his royal status to help his subjects to follow his father's footsteps to be a just and fair successor to the Sekrosian Solar Empire.
He did not wish to start a conflict, but will do so if means to noble causes such as his fear the Great War would reach his homeworld, or the United Earth Federation. It was his main influence to make the revolt against this father' after the UEF agents' plot to bring down the empire without further bloodshed. These actions gained a great favor and sympathies to many of his supporters who favoured him as the best choice to take the throne.
His sense of justice was strong as he could not take more of his father's growing paranoia and abuse when dealt with spies and assassins for centuries, Arvo was reluctant to confront his father but knew it had to be done. But was grateful of his step-mother, Mulan saving his life to give Arvo the chance to send him to exile. Only later on to discover the source of his behaviour came from some relic of a device he found long ago that foretold of a future war against the UEF as an empire and enslaving their people, regardless of race or origin, possibly a side effect of affecting his mind and been plotting this for centuries. Arvo put the hate aside from his father and decided to carry on his dream to prepare of the war against the Young-loyalists of the Federation.
It is noted by his mother, Arvo has inherited his father's charms and strong affections to women who found him very handsome and keen interest in sports, due to adjusting in the Sekrosian lifestyle, he had taken on polygamous relationship by marrying three wives, two mostly for political but grew to love them fairly and taken his mother's advice to cherish and care for them equally. But unlike his father did not wish to take another, at least not in a hurry and let his wives discuss first.

Arvo, like his father has a keen sense of military strategy and warfare, but over the years learned a sense of leadership, which was how he earned some victories and how he was able to use his father's strategy to use the weapon his father developed through a portal to sabotage the UEF's fleets without them knowing who sent it. Intelligent and clever, learning from his mistakes and adapt vast to new situations to use against his opponents. He's displayed skills in combat as well as being a pilot to control a straighter and a aerial vehicle.
