Avra Howell is a female human from the Inio'zioni Universe, born on Sekros Prime as the fourth daughter Aanakwad O'Neill, also as the eldest daughter of the second wife, Chisomo Howell and 4th princess of the Sekrosian Solar Empire. She was given the position of the trading business between cities as well as the well fare of the colonies within their home system,

Biography

Issues with the Grand Terran Empire

Avra was among many politics and leaders in the palace discussing the issues with the UEF, now referring itself as Grand Terran Empire tempting to force their might upon the Systems Republic despite the Alliance long acknowledged them as a sovereign state, many other races coming towards them to join and fearing with issues with other Allied states breaking away from the Alliance could result of a civil war. She spoke with her sister, Mariam Yujo who was currently the elected ruler of the Sekrosian government of how to prepare herself when they gained reports of Terran ships within their galaxy by 'protecting' their so-called allies which they knew was excuse to intimidate them but was not working and reminded her half-sister to be strong and not let Young expose her of any weakness.

Personality and Traits

While she has the skills of a business woman, she does show favour of wanting to be ready to claim the throne should anything happen to her elder siblings, yet was willing to follow the advice of how to rule as Arvo gave her useful tips when he took a temporary position as king. Being aware of the open marriages, she seeks to make her parents proud. Her father saw her mind as a useful skill and great potential, willing do what is necessary as the imperial princess to serve her empire.

Although she loves her parents, mostly looks up to her father for creating the nation, but questions his choices such as marrying Angelina Saller who was the daughter of the UEF loyalists who plotted to kill him, mostly out of fear she would do harm but her father explained a union between them on a mutual agreement is sometimes a better choice than ending one's life.

Following the importance of Sekrosian cultures to stand firm and strong than to let luxury and power blind her as she read the histories of other past empires fallen by corruption. She was somewhat weary of outsiders in fear they would bring harm to her people, which was proven when a squad of Chaos Space marines attacked their capital homeworld and was skeptical of Mulan Yujo, a keybearer and assumed magic was made up until seeing it in action.

When her father 'died' and the revolution ended, she remained in line of the throne after her brother, Arvo stepped in as the new King Sovereign and remained supportive of him as king.

While is mostly considered stubborn to admit, but does show some care to most of her siblings who she grew up and remained close as she was one of the few who were aware of Arvo's plan to overthrow their father to save the people of the empire.
