Baloo von Brandt was a sloth bear from the Malica Universe, he was an easy going loyal, and good-natured, yet laid back at times when he lived among the jungle with his friends and befriended a Human named Mowgli who was to be sent to a nearby village and willing to take him under his care despite Bagheera's objection and the danger of the jungles. After the dangers with Shere Khan, he reluctantly let the boy go back to his people and remained friends with him and few others.
When the Heartless invaded his homeworld but saved by Keyblade Wielders, he was among the many animals selected and enchanted by their magic to grant him greater intelligence, the ability to speak and alter his physiology to a more anthropormothic -type with basic skills and abilities than a normal bear.
Baloo took interest in flying and runs his own air-freight shipping company, Higher for Hire during the first years and made Mowgli one of his partners, even took a young bear named Kit Cloudkicker under his wing after losing his family during the Heartless invasion. Over the centuries, he had changed his mode of business into that of a space merchant, one that frequently works for the United Commonwealths of Worlds.

Personality and Traits[]
Like his main counterparts, Baloo is laid-back, gentle nature. Often speaking with a soft, smooth tone, the sloth bear is known for his ideals of remaining relaxed as often as possible, and preventing the pressures and responsibilities of life holding one down, earned the nickname a "jungle bum" mostly by Bagheera; a seemingly useless member of animal society, only focused on lounging, snacking, scratching his back, and other minimal activities labeled as lazy pastimes. Though lazy, stubborn, and foreign to true responsibility, Baloo has a large heart, often taking his ideals (which are seen to have successfully led him to a happy lifestyle) and sharing it with others, including Mowgli, the man-cub, in hopes of spreading the happiness he's been fortunate enough to experience.
Over the years, he became more social hough Baloo enjoys relaxation and tranquility, but slowly became responsible and learned to balance the two out to enjoy life as it is. When he became an Animali Sapian, Baloo took interest in flying as it made him feel more free and travel to anywhere he wanted, but also learned the risks and dangers such as pirates from the skies and space during his time with other pilots. He usually likes to enjoy parties and value friendships as he maintained close ties with Mowgli despite the years time apart and the times they helped each other to mature.
During his years as a space merchant during the Malican Wars, Baloo would be a great pilot and see his ship as a second home, helping others in need. He would risk his life for others as he almost lost his arm but an injury.
