General Bernard O'Carroll was a general who served the Multiversial Federation during the Nationalist Wars, Third Multiverse War and the TransRace Imperial Remnant Wars. He later created the Delta Sword Initiative. In a twisted and cruel sense of irony, his actions is what helped save the Federation from destruction.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Bernard O'Carroll was born on Brinenov in 3640 NE during the tail end of the Infection War, his father, Kendall O'Carroll, was a refugee from a planet that was overwhelmed by Black Rage infection and his mother, Rosanne who came from a wealthy family, but most of them died during a blacklight outbreak on her homeworld causing her to join the Alliance Joint Military out of a desire to avenge her family's death, and eventually met Kendall in 3638 NE while on leave forming a romance that lead to them marrying and having him, the oldest of 56 children.
He was two years old when the Infection War ended and the Multiversial Federation was created and as such lived his early life under it, coming to be supportive of the new found entity and this patriotism is what lead him to join the Federal Armed Forces at the age of 18.
Military Career[]
When the Nationalist Wars broke out, he was a general and fought against the the Nationalist Alliance until when it was thought to be over, the TransRace Empire was created over the former territories of the Nationalists, instigating the Third Multiverse War.
Shinkhalty Crackdown[]
It is unknown when he became a detractor in the Federal Army but it seems to be related to an incident related to a region he called the "Shinkhalty". According to his manifest, he was issued to crackdown multiple rogue nationalists who had taken control of the region. According to intel the rogue cells were highly equipped and were hidden in caves so the usage of white phosphorus was deemed as the best option. And so it began, a brief bombardment of the region and later the landing of several troops in orders to clean any remaining tango, but instead of seeing guerrilla warriors, there were multiple civilians whose bodies were calcinated beyond ID. Bernard searched for the camp who resulted to be an extraofficial refugee camp for civilians who wanted to escape the conflict. This affected Bernard in a negative sense and on it’s return it was a different man, it became more reserved and the focus shifted towards the peripheral lands of the federation.

- He eventually created two different ideas for the Multiversial Federation, the first was his Two Federation Philosophy, which was detailed a split government with a more centralized Federal Government and a more decentralized Confederal Government, though he eventually dropped the concept entirely to make way for his second philosophy, which is based described as a Stratocratic democracy similar to that of the former United Citizens Federation, only as a separate branch of government from the other civilian branches of government, but in practice was effectively the dominating force within the overall Federal Government
