General Bernard O'carroll was a general who served the Multiversial Federation during the Nationalist Wars, Third Multiverse War and the TransRace Imperial Remnant Wars. He later help created the Delta Sword Initiative. In a twisted and cruel sense of irony, his actions is what helped save the Federation fron destruction.
