Blitz Buckzo-Goetia, born Blitzo Buckzo is a Plainsborn Demon from Haei'tuusik's hell who was the former owner of the Immediate Murder Professionals assassination group and following the Challenge the owner of the Interuniversial Military Professionals mercenary group and the husband of Stolas Buckzo-Goetia and the adoptive father of Loona Buckzo-Goetia and Octavia Buckzo-Goetia.
Born and raised in a circus, Blitz started life as a entertainer (specifically a clown) in Haei'tuusik Hell before switching careers to assassinations and mercenary work, which in turn eventually lead to him creating the Immediate Murder Professionals, a Imp-ran company that specializes in assassinations of living humans for the sinners of Haei'tuusik Hell, and it was through this that Blitz began a relationship with Stolas intentionally as a means of payment for the grimoire he used to get to Haei'tuusik Earth and where he meet and hired Bash after he coincidently gotten involved with a similar job, although it did surprise (and annoyed) his two workers, Moxxie and Millie Horvitz. But this rather brash decision to hire the TransRace Human began a string of events and influences that saw him and his little makeshift family slowly change morally and ethically due to their interactions and deepening friendship with Bash.
By the end of the Challenge brought to their universe by the Entities, as well their worlds' discovery and contact with the Alliance, Blitz restructured Immediate Murder Professionals into the Interuniversial Military Professionals, largely so he can keep the abbreviation of IMP, and he and the rest of his new family, coworkers, and Bash's new girlfriend Thelita left their homeworld to travel the Known Multiverse to take on nearly any merc work they can get, what wonders the multiverse had, and what trouble they could get into.
