Céline Picard was a female Human from the Duyi'zu Universe, served as a Starfleet officer of the United Federation of Planets. She was the daughter of Jean-Luc Picard and Wesley Crusher, at some point born in the 25th century after the War in the Beta Quadrant came to an end.

At some point after she became part of Starfleet, Céline was part of a team to stop a rogue temporal agent during the Temporal Cold War from changing history of her timeline by preventing the birth of the Federation by assassinating the leaders of several worlds in San Fransisco in the 22nd Century, with no Federation to exist, the Empire of the Combine Race could easily invade and conquer the majority of the galaxy.
