Caleb Waters, or more infamously known by his moniker of "The White Rose Butcher" was a serial killer who terrorize and butchered hundreds across the known multiverse from 1994 NE to his death in 2419 NE during his ultimately final hunt on Uaghi'vahui Earth.
During his long "career" Waters typically targeted individuals he believed to be "perverts" where he would then kidnap them, tortured them to death and then mutilate their sexual organs before dumping their bodies somewhere with a white rose nearby, which is where the moniker came from, but the exact details as to who he deems "perverts" is seemingly random and appears to suggest that he stalked his intended victims and researched them long enough to consider them "perverts", as his many victims range from adults to teens and even children, which also explains why he managed to evade law enforcement ontop of his habit of not staying in the same place for long. It was during one of these "hunts" that ultimately resulted in his death when his victims managed to escape from him and during his attempt to stop them he accidently killed himself finally ending his centuries long terror.

- part of why he became so obsessed with "perverts" is entirely to do with his childhood as a victim of rape by his mother (whom also had him in another, earlier rape she committed against his father)
- Implied to have slaughtered the entire cast of School Days and planned to do the same with Oresuki but died trying
- There's never any confirmed number as to how many he killed in his centuries long "career" but likely in the hundreds at least.
- the accident that killed him is slow and painful, specifically his jaw was torn off during his chase and he slowly bleed out and died.
