Canids are a sapient species of canine humanoids native to Felis Lupin and the male counterparts of the Felinids, with whom the two species are codependent on each other for reproduction in a manner not dissimilar to the various versions of Crolute and Gilliand found in the multiverse. The Canids are most notable from the Malica Universe as they were one of the oldest known members of the Terran Empire and first to establish contact with the Terrans during the earliest known history of their empire.
