Carmilla Carmine is a female Plainsborn Haei'tuusik Demon and was once a Overlords of pre-challenge Haei'tuusik Hell, where she was the top arms dealer in Hell who, unlike most of Overlords, cared for the people of Haei'tuusik Hell, which lead her to kill a Exorcist Angel who were threatening one of her daughters, and once that discovery was made, lead to the extermination to be held twice a year, before Adam abruptly stated that it was back to once a year much to everyone's confusion, while completely unaware that God forced him to return to the original schedule. Since she survived the Haei'tuusik Hell and Heaven Challenge that set the fate of her universe,
Carmilla continued her arms trade, but to learn how to deal with rogue dangerous Morts and other demonic species from other realities to ensure her world is never under threat. At somepoint she met a strange woman known simply as the Weapons Builder and became her student, learning how to create weapons design to harm Morts.

Early Life[]
While not much is known about Carmilla's past, she at some point started dealing in weapon collection and management and became the top weapons dealer in Hell, even manufacturing Angelic Weapons capable of killing sinners. She works along with her daughters, Odette and Clara, who deliver the products to those who purchase them.
She revealed to Zestial that she was responsible for the dead exorcist that almost lead to the new extermination to happen six months early.

With the universe spared from total destruction or erased by the Hunter, Carmilla and her daughters began to rebuild the realm of Hell now that Heaven's 'God' who was in fact a mort posing as one, she started conducting research on the entities and the Morts, she recalled hearing how one or other heralds were unexpected killed in the Challenge, presumably something within the angelic weapons that had some effect on plains born just as it does to Demons that harms them.
Carmilla received unexpectedly visited by members of the Allied Organization of Science who were interested in her research along the angelic, among them was a woman calling herself the The Weapons Builder to show her how to build certain weapons to actually slay a powerful Mort.
