Cartheo Prime, also known as Carthili'ok by the Edanian Empire, is the homeworld of the Cartheons and a province of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (Gil Universe). It is an Earth-like planet consisting of three cities: Cartheloun, capital of the planet, Melakroen, and Shaaltorehn. Originally ruled by the Edanian Empire, it was later abandoned and then, by 35 B.N.E., conquered by the Corgian Empire, but in 1400 NE, the Soviets conquered the planet. However, during the Semerian-Soviet War, the Semerians launched a full-scale blitzkrieg upon the planet and ensured the liberation of its native inhabitant, who now hold the title of "honorary Semerians".
