Chisomo Howell was a female human who was originally from Inio'zioni Earth at the time the United Earth Federation's war against the Irkens and the Axis of Empires. She was part of the millions of colonists sent out to the voyage to colonise a new region to escape the war and for the preservation of their civilization, when marooned on Sekros Prime, unable to return to their homeworld and cut off in the Andromeda Galaxy.
She continued her work to help build a new society for the colonists on the planet and was in a relationship with Aanakwad O'Neill for years despite being already married, along with Minna De Vroom after the creation of the Sekrosian Solar Empire and took her as an official concubine and royal consort. Chisomo remained loyal to her husband as one of the longest wives despite having to give birth to only two daughters and served him faithfully for the service of the Sekrosian Empire when learning about the few reports of the EOF fallen into a stage of corruption and tyranny.
Chisomo realised the Empire was slowly fallen into disarray and struggled to keep up with her duties while being forced to serve her king after limiting her control until she found out about Aanakwad's plot to send a weapon to decimate the Federation's fleet and risk an all out war with them. After the Empire was remade into the Republic, she used her royal status as a senator to help secure the peace with the Alliance and the Federation to uphold its independence but saw the UEF become more tyrannical and supported the idea of the Systems republic to expand and offer invitation to various races for mutual benefit and peace.
