Christopher Anderson, better known as Ophe to family and friends and known to the United Commonwealths of Worlds as the "Father of the Commonwealths", is a male Human politician from Radinio in the Malica Universe and was the first and fifth Chancellor of the United Commonwealths serving from 85 to 97 AXC (1345 to 1357 NE) during his first time in office and from 121 to 481 AXC (1381 to 1741 NE) during his second time in office. His first time in office was the Commonwealths early years as a entity marked with both tensions with the Empire of the Heartless as well as considerable social and economic progress that solidified the Commonwealths as a unified entity, and what also ensured his high approval rating among the people of the Commonwealths. But his second time in Office was the most eventful, as he took office due to his personal disgust with how the previous chancellors were handling the Malican War with the Heartless Empire and won almost single-handedly against the then incumbent Chancellor, Nusi Lomru, quickly changing the course of the Commonwealths war effort from a slow defeat to a gradual stalemate, lasting for decades before the arrival of the Alliance and slowly, and bloodly turning the tide of the war to the Commonwealths side, and eventually emerged victorious over the Heartless Empire after it collapsed into civil war as a end result of Ulciscor's War. Yet that did not end the newly unified Malican government conflict as a 14 year long civil war erupted following a chaotic federal elections but the Federal forces emerged victorious and Anderson kept his promise of rebuilding the Commonwealths entirely and then retiring from politics completely.
Within the Commonwealths Anderson is widely respected and admired by the majority of its' citizens, going so as as to refer to him as the father of the commonwealths. But he does have a number of critics, especially during his second tenure as Chancellor frequently over his choices during the Malican War and the events leading up to the Malican Civil War. But even then these critics still approve of him and his chancellorships.
One of the more well known aspects of his political positions, beyond being general centre-left in nature, is his hard stance on Republicanism, having come to dislike monarchism as a concept entirely. In fact, he pushed for the structure of the Commonwealths to adopt a strict Republican government in the first place, yet he is known to have developed deep friendships with former royals and monarchs despite his dislike of monarchism.

- Christopher Anderson is Asexual and Heteroromantic and the same with his wife Delphine, having little to no desire for sex at all, although they do have biological kids but often times the result of the two discussing the method of having them, the eldest were conceive the more "traditional" method while the rest via less "traditional" method.
- While he gets along quite well with many former monarchs and nobles, the one man he dislike is his homeworld's former ruler Ansem the Wise, and frequently for justifiable reasons as his actions did lead to Radinio being destroyed by the Heartless.
