The Coalition of Besh, also known as the Firefist Alliance was an interplanetary alliance of species in the Firefist Galaxy, one of the satellite galaxies of the Skyriver Galaxy in the Filo Universe. The Coalition of Besh was established over the common course against threats such as the Tof, the Chimera, and the Combine during the First Multiverse War. Founded by the colonists seeded from the Malica Universe in search of new worlds to settle and seek out new allies, under the mutual goal to the unite the species under an alliance, the founding members were many species such as those from the Malica Universe, the Faruun, the Chiss and the the Hapan, the Nagai and the Maccabree.
The Besh Coalition held a strong stand against the Tof Kingdom with their technological advances they inherited from the colonies of the Commonwealth to prevent their expanding dominion and conquest, over time grew with more worlds joining them. The conflict became a cold-war and also focusing their defence for the greater threat of the Axis of Empires when the Combine invaded the Skyriver galaxy. With the support of the Alliance of Nations, the Besh Coalition was now the superpower of the Firefist galaxy as one of the Galactic Republic's strongest supporters in the Clone Wars.

Colonisation[]
Prior to the Coalition, the expedition fleet launched by the United Commonwealths of Worlds from the Malica Universe to search for new worlds in another universe after the theory of dimensional travel was made possible with the Order of Ashla as proof, it was conducted by the Commonwealth after its foundation of the Terran Empire and the Galactic Federation to to not only settle new worlds to start a new, but to see out potential allies. Gathering many refuges without homes to millions to start a new civilization and new homes.
Expansion[]
in 9 ABG (1420 NE) Opening the dimensional rift that brought the Jedi into their universe 200 years ago and crossed over to the Filo Universe, but made a far off course into the Fire fist, a satellite dwarf galaxy of the Skyriver. They began settling on the five star systems suitable to terraform and colonise, each creating a government and culture of their own under the same banner of the Firefist Alliance: the Novus Sovereignty, the Krettai Protectorate, and United Leagues of Ular, three major powers of the alliance to work together with certain roles to play such as military, economy, trades, technologies and diplomacy with each other and to hopefully form friendly relations with other species with a common military command and the Ashlan Knights as their peacekeepers.
With no knowledge of this galaxy by the Jedi archives, the Alliance had to be very cautious of who they approach and focus on building up their forces without daring unwanted attention, yet could also use the advance FTL-drives with their advance hyperdrive to survey the Skyriver, only to discover they were in a midst of a war and invaded by the Combine who invaded their universe.
The Coalition slowly expanded to many systems in their corner of the Firefist galaxy, despite being separated from their home universe, communications were limited between realities and only send messages and reports of their findings to the Commonwealth. They have only encountered several species who joined and traded, but warned them of the Tof Kingdom, a stellar power that raids and conquers worlds. The Coalition saw reports from there survey teams and scouts to know about them and avoid confronting them until their forces were strong enough to defend their systems as well as the Combine if they ever take their interest to the Firefist galaxy.
In 11 ABG (1422 NE), the fleets of the Sovereignty and the United Leagues successfully reached the Unknown Regions as according to the Jedi who stated that has remained untouched throughout their galaxy's history. They had made first contact with a species of blue skinned humanoids known as the Chiss, a species who were driven out of their worlds by the Combine and their rivals, The tensions were at first uneasy, until they were able to offer an alliance with the Chiss to join them in knowledge to defeat the Combine and offer new worlds they uncovered to recover for the time being while also established contact with the Hapans, another isolated civilization, they also learned of another species who not native to the galaxy but avoided them at all cost to avoid further attention from the natives for now.
Tof Threat[]
By 29 ABG (1440 NE), reports of the Tof ships sighted by the Krettai Protectorate after they encountered the Nagai who were conquered by the Tof, discovering their knowledge and skills, they considered them a valued ally to the Coalition and convinced many to join their side in return to reclaim their homeworld as their original plan was to invade the Skyriver galaxy as they call it when the war ends, but knowing it was unlikely anytime soon. In first conflict against the Tof was in the Jenai system, although the Tof were ruthless in battle, the Coalition with their advance weaponry and technology mixed from Federation and Terran Empire gave the advantage to drive them off, this earned the Nagai's favour to join the Coalition.
Thus began the war between the Firefist Alliance, now referred as the Coalition of Besh and the Tof Kingdom.
Tof-Coalition war[]
The Coalition received threats by the Tof to surrender and submit to their rule, but refused and stood firm to defend their territories. The Novus Sovereignty as the remnant of the Terran Empire fully supported this as they considered the Tof to be a species of savage pirates, as many agreed with them, they lend their military aid and encounter the refugee fleet of shipbuilders, the Faruun, another conquered species who sought to join them to regain their freedom and provided a fleet to their new allies to help destroy the Tofs.
Although they only destroyed most of the Tof fleets, but found them inactive for sometime, presumably to recover and build which gave the Coalition time to do the same and form new strategies while hoping to find ways to seek out help.

The Besh Coalition was founded to represent each faction and founded by the remnants of the pre-Commonwealth nations from the Malica Universe: The Krettai Protectorate, Novus Sovereignty, and the United Leagues of Ular. The three major powers were created from the pioneers to play each role in military, economy, technology and politics. The Triumvirate to the three are head of the coalition with the Assembly to represent each member state and worlds to have equal voice and discussion to build strong relations between each members.
