Great Multiverse Wiki

Dan Randall was a male human from the Bab'lonin Universe and was a ISN reporter during President Morgan Clark's dictatorial rule. Randall traveled to Babylon 5 in March 2261 (1457 NE) under the pretense of covering the "true" story about what was occurring on the station. Claiming that he and some of his ISN colleagues tried to put as much truth into their reports as possible without upsetting the Clark regime, Randall assured Captain John Sheridan that the footage would not be misrepresented. Sheridan warily granted Randall access to Babylon 5 and its personnel.

Randall's assurances turned out to be a falsehood, however what he did not realise until too late was his drones were hacked by the HVF's agents to tamper with his drones to ensure the EA citizens see the real truth. On April 12, stellarcast was a clear propaganda piece for the Clark regime. What was intended to be footage edited in a way that portrayed Sheridan as a victim of Minbari War Syndrome being manipulated by sinister alien influences, was showing the more truthful look of protaying Sheridan and his crew as heroes and working alongside the Alliance of Nations to protect their worlds from a war, At the end of the stellarcast, Randall who was shocked and unable to understand how it happened tried to make it believe it was not his and now was removed in belief he was in league with the Alliance despite his protest. It is unknown what happened to him afterwards if he survived or not.
