Deacon is a synth sympathizer and agent for the The Railroad living in the Commonwealth in 1475 and serving as a undergound resistance fighter, fighting the Combine's Occupation. He become one of the Fullers many companions during their journeys against the Multiverse. After in the Fialer Crisis in his Insurrection led by Venom Snake, Deacon later joined the Diamond Dogs.
