The Earth Triumvirate, officially called the Federated Triarchy of Earth, was the name of the unified government of Haei'tuusik Earth, Heaven and Hell established in the months after the Entities' challenge in 2020 Haei'tuusik (2420 NE) and after contact with the wider galaxy, specifically the Alliance of Civilizations and the Galactic Commonwealth. It existed for 1,222 years where it was one of many states to join and in turn be annexed into the Multiversial Federation in 3242 Haei'tuusik (3642 NE).
The creation of the Earth Triumvirate marked one of several major changes done to the three worlds as a ramification of the challenge's after effects, one that eventually proved to be for the betterment of Haei'tuusik Earth, Heaven and Hell. However, it did not have its' share of challenges, most of which involved reactionary elements among all three worlds population, especially those that either once benefited from the old order or the more xenophobic elements, forcing the federal government to put considerable resources in dealing with them. But in a span of a five years, the more active resistance to the new government had been dealt with and the Triumvirate can then focus on reconstruction and unifying the three worlds. This latter effort was more difficult to achieve, as it took over 143 years before results came in and it wasn't due to the actions of the government but the actions of offworld forces.
In 2163 Haei'tuusik (2563 NE), the Earth Triumvirate was invaded by Chaos forces seeking to use the planet for a ritual to create a eye of terror in the Haei'tuusik Universe, instead, it became the center of one of the Chaos Wars' biggest and most destructive campaigns, one that severely damaged the Chaos Cultists ability to fight in the Haei'tuusik Universe and forced the Coalition out of Haei'tuusik entirely. The ramification of this conflict was unifying the three populations which the federal government took advantage of and further reinforced it. By the time the Federation was created, Haei'tuusik Earth, Heaven and Hell viewed themselves as one people then as three separate entities it used to.

The Earth Triumvirate was a Federal Triarchcial Republic with three executives (each representing Earth, Heaven and Hell), each one having their own separate powers but share equal powers over foreign and overall domestic and economic policies, a tricameral legislature (a Upper House and two Lower Houses; the Senate (Upper House) the Council and the House of Representatives), and a independent Judiciary.
