Elf is a traditional name for species in many worlds, known for their elegant appearances and extended lifespans, usually referred by the term as Elven for a collective term.
Biology[]
Although there are many Elf races are their elegant appearance and most notable traits are their long pointy ears, however there have been some that are different.
Social Behaviour[]
Elves have some bizarre personality traits that is mostly common with almost all the elf races. Many trend to be upstart and are usually smug and look down on most non-Elven races. They trend to be authority figures, compared to them and can be quite speciesist towards other species. There is a little trend for some to be seekers of knowledge while others are more atuned to races.
Another common trait is that most Elven races appear usually physically weaker compared to other humanoids, mainly towards human and Dwarf races as some studies show to be common and perhaps an ancestral trait. It may appear to be a general biological trait common to Elven races although there are some elves that have differed from this norm and much stronger depending on the environment they have adapted.
Caring and compassionate Elves are not uncommon, although it can be a little hard to find in their more urban environments, mainly thanks to the common stereotypes associated with the Elves being common place. A little too common for many other species that is commonly joked about.
