Elysium City is the second largest city on Xi'llia Terra Nova and the second capital of the Multiversial Federation after the destruction of the first capital. the city is a massive military city with numerous fortresses throughout the city. The city also was know to fight against the TransRace Empire and fought for the Federation. As of now, the city is well defended and well armed and it's virtually impossible to attack it.
