Ffloyd DeWitt (Gamma Zi'nini Universe)

Ffloyd DeWitt is the youngest of the DeWitt Twins and the second son of Booker and Daisy DeWitt and the younger twin brother of Edmund DeWitt. He's highly influential within columbia though not in the fields of politics but rather though the fields of science and math.
