The Wehrmacht (German pronunciation: [ˈveːɐ̯maxt] ( listen), lit. 'defence force'[N 2]) was the unified armed forces of Greater German Empire. It consisted of the Heer (army), the Kriegsmarine (navy), Space and the Luftwaffe (air force).[2] The designation Wehrmacht for GGE's military replaced the previously used term, Reichswehr and constituted the Third Reich’s efforts to rearm their nation to a greater extent than the Treaty of Versailles permitted. One of Hitler’s most overt and audacious moves was the establishment of a mighty fighting force (the Wehrmacht), an army designed for imperial conquest. Fulfilling the Nazi regime’s long term goals (unknown to their neighbors) of global conquest required massive investment and spending in the German armaments industry and conscription to properly man the Führer’s military machine.[4]
Heros of Verdun[]
The Heros of Verdun Whermact is a sub faction within the German army (Whermact) and is all the remaining German divisions that fought during the Second Battle of Verdun, their expierence is second to none and are the best of the best and survivors. They operate as a seperate army group and resort to their own recuritment efforts, simply put they're a seperate army unit entierly, seperate from the German army. The Heroes of Verdun Whermact are dubbed the "true army of Germany", they do not believe in the Greater German Empire's beliefs of racism. While this unit shouldn't exist within the Greater German Empire, Adolf Hitler allowed the Heros of Verdun to recurit whoever they want even recuriting Jews from concentration camps and other undesirables. These undesireables are then free of any anti jewish or other such laws within the German Empire upon their leave of the Whermact sub faction.
