The Vestan Nebula was a recently discovered nebula beyond the Milky Way Galaxy. The cloud that is around the nebula protects it from interstellar heat rays. Humanity did not know about the Vokerian occupation, so they colonized the system, angering the Compact of Vokeria. There is not much known about it otherwise, as it is being researched.
