The Fop'lla Universe (designated WH-410) is a universe that exist in the known Multiverse, widely known for being a strong dystopian reality, connected to other known realities such as the Vop’lla and Xop’lla Universes by the influence of the Old Ones and forces of Chaos. The Imperium of Man, which is most known army is a corrupt, uncaring, and static interstellar government that dominates their Milky Way Galaxy is in a continues struggle with civil wars, corruption and endless wars against various alien races like the Orks, Aeldari, Tau, Tyranids and the Necrons. This universe has been made known to others as the place for the most hostile and dangerous races that ever exist.
In this reality, the Combine invaded the Fop’lla Universe in the 39th millennium, locked in a long conflict with the warring races for control of the galaxy for eons until the year 1426 N.E. during the First Multiverse War.
The universe had gone through many changes since the end of the Great War, the revival of the God-Emperor, the Fall of Chaos, the Tyranid near extinction and the formation of the Imperium of Species. But by the early years of the Third Multiverse War, the Milky Way of this galaxy and nearly all inhabitants were wiped out by the TransRace Empire's latest weapon, the Grim Reaper I in 4039 N.E. as a demonstration to their weapon by Peter Tsar) also known as Yiloala Olpimakia Kutarukia). Only a handful had survived and scattered across their native universe or other realities.

The Chimera invasion
The Combine made a secret alliance with the Chimera, a parasitic and hostile species from the Ruui'iio Universe to provide them the ability to travel to other universes and provided them several worlds to stir more problems for the native races in their war, the Chimera discovered the Tyranids, another hive species but more dangerous as they consume entire worlds' biomass to evolve, they found their accelerated adaptive abilities and create new bio-weapons most useful and sought to capture many Hive fleets under their command for their plans with the Combine's help of altering their genetic structures to assault the Imperium from many areas, infecting worlds with their virus and stir up uprising, but come into clash with the Genestealer Cult factions.
The Combine and the Chimera continued their assaults on the Fop'll Milky Way during the war, but in 1426 NE, had not expected the Imperium of Man to be the first to actually obtain the secrets of their multi-dimensional technologies given their phobia to advance, let alone how to reverse engineer it. This had provided the Imperium as well as the T'au Empire and the Aeldari in a non-hostile truce came together to fight a common foe were able to fight the Combine and the Chimera in many other universes, joining the Alliance of Nations. The Necrons, Drukhari and the Orks were surprisingly convinced to join forces with the Chimera in the Coalition of Independent States with the majority of the Tyranids under the Coalition control as bio-weapons, at least for now to challenge the two major factions
