The Gh'elin originally referred to as Martians by the Humans from the Alpha Pol Universe were a nomadic species travelled across the known Milky Way galaxy to plunder resources and colonise new worlds in the Pol Universe. Although they did not participated or taken sides, but have been known to be hostile to other races of worlds they invade for resources.
Biology[]

The Gh'elin's multiple 'eyes'
The Gh'elin are short reddish-brown species with long arms with three fingers that have suction cups on them. they have a large eye that has three colored lenses, which are red, green, and blue. they appear to have no mouths. They have 2 legs with 3 toes per foot. A more simple description would be that the Martians are bipedal.
They walk awkwardly, but don't seem to be greatly hindered by Earth standard gravity much heavier for them to adapt. The Gh'elin are depicted as being unaccustomed to any form of bright light, and as such, are only seen in the dark. The Martians also appear to be colorblind, as shown in one scene that everything they see is green and purple.
Like most of the martian races such as the Caldine, the Gh'elin lacked the immunity system against bacteria when they were vulnerable upon exposure to Earth's atmosphere.
History[]
A fleet of Gh'elin entered the Sol System during the Second Earthican Civil War and set up a colony on Pol Mars when they made contact with the Empire of the Combine Race who offered them an 'alliance' to invade Pol Earth in the midst of the American invasion to decimate the planet's defences. The Gh'elin accepted the offer and launched an attack on several parts of the world, they were at first successful but their invasion came to an utter failure when they were exposed to the Earth's atmosphere and micro organisms infecting their weak immune systems.
This led to the realisation that they were deceived and used as cannon fodder for the Axis to cripple their enemies' defence, tried to fight back against the Axis of Empires, but their forces easily crushed and forced to flee the system. They were found by the Human-Vortigaunt Federation in an attempt to negotiate a non-aggression pact
Invasion of Pol Earth[]
The Gh'elin launched their scouts onto the surface in 19XX (14XX NE), one of them crashed in the small town of Linda Rosa, California, southeast of Corona. When a group of humans came to investigate the strange object in attempt to make contact while waving a white flag, a Martian heat-ray obliterates them. The United States Marine Corps later surrounds the crash site, as reports pour in of identical cylinders landing all over the world and destroying cities. Three Gh'elin war machines emerge from the cylinder.
The Gh'elin pod beamed a red beam at them which caused them to disappear into thin air. The martians later began a full-scale invasion over Earth until they were killed by human germs and bacteria.
