Heng Zhang (Born: July 13th, 2019 NE) was a female TransRace Human and the 25th President of the Multiversial Federation and the first president after the government reorganization in 5205 NE following the end of the Delta Sword Conflict. She was regarded by many as the president who helped restore a broken system back to the way it once was following the corruption and near ruin caused by the Confederalists three presidency, focused all her efforts to restore the Federation's government back to being a fair and just system once again. She was succeeded by Helo'Rumin in 5375 NE.
