Hilda Boesch was a female Human from Golmar Earth, played a part in the Golmar Uprising to overthrow the Combine off her homeworld and the rise of the Human-Vortigaunt Federation. With the war across many universes after the return of the Combine in 1414 N.E., she was nominated as the first human president of the Alliance of Nations in 1415 N.E. during the First Multiverse War and served as such until 1455 N.E. where she was succeeded by Varn Ulista of the Filo Galactic Republic.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Hilda was born in June 24, 2007 (1345 NE) recalled memories of her childhood when the Combine invaded her Earth when she was 5 years old and forced to grow up in the remaining cities under their control during the Occupation until word of the Lambda Resistances beginning an revolt against the Combine in 2032 (1370 NE) and joined the uprising, she lost many friends during the conflict and witnessed the triumphant after 30 years conflict in Earth Freedom Fighters' victory.
She recalled the time a short lived moment of peace until four new factions created and fought one another, Hilda supported the Human-Vortigaunt Federation as a better form of government for both human and Vortigaunt to work together and perhaps be a beacon of hope to other races in their universe.
First Multiverse War[]
Presidency of the Alliance[]
Hilda became the very first human as president of the Allied Council in the year 1415 NE, a year after the Alliance was formed, Boesch had to put much effort with the crisis of the Combine was so vast, she had to rely one the council members, she personally congratulated Bail Organa of being the new Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic and offered to exchange advice between two newly elected leaders while telling him the news that the Commonwealth of Golmaran States will offer their support to help his galaxy in the Invasion of his home galaxy, which earned her praise from the Chancellor, even though they need all the help they can get in this crisis.
Upon first contact with the Pol Earth governments who were from a reality during the Second World War which should have ended a year ago had it not been intervened by the Combine's doing, Boesch suggested to allow human representatives to go down first to speak on behalf of the Federation and explain to them of the dire situation far worse with the Combine.
When she heard about the evacuation and the incident in Africa, Boesch could not belief the audacity of their lack of care to the people of Africa during the invasion over their out-dated bigotry, she gave them a stern lecture of how her world and many others under the Combine tyranny almost brought extinction of her people and became more united as a race compared to Pol Earth. She recalled how much of a pain it was to deal with racial incidents while those from Ruui'iio Earth appear more tolerable.
President Hilda boarded a cruiser with other members of the Golmar Commonwealth to personally meet the council and president of the United Federation of Planets to build relations of the new alliance together, intrigued of the technologies for terraforming and resources that could improve her Earth's current state of rebuilding the ecosystem.
Conflict in Beta Cuy'ti Earth[]
Hilda was informed by her officers of discovering another Earth in the Beta Cuy'ti Universe that's in its' early 21st century, 2022, and close to a third world war with the Russians invading Eastern Europe in 1425 NE. With the Axis plotting to give support to the Russians, She agreed with her advisors to send aid to the Coalition, offering to extend the Alliance's influence by making Ukraine into a protectorate state under the Alliance until fully admitted to NATO, disregarding Vladimir Putin's threats and responded how he hypocrisy of 'de-nazifying Ukraine when some of his allies are Nazis themselves. Making her personal statement and introduction to Beta Cuy'ti Earth and would offer refugees to her earth while warning them of the greater threat the Combine poses, she did not seem very keen on some wanting to gain personal goals among such being Elon Musk and Donald Trump who disregard the Alliance's warnings of the Combine's threat and even assumed they could manipulate or con the Combine into helping them in some way.
After Trump was disqualified with incriminating evidence, she suspected someone altered the data, but said nothing as she feels if he ran for presidency it would have made the situation on their world worse, and was astonished how the US government of that earth still stand after the pandemic he let spread or even suggest allowing the rioters go free after attacking the riot in January 6 2021 (1424 NE), assuming he would have made things worse and congratulated Kamila Harris on her victory in 2024 to give the leaders a tour to Golmar Earth.
Bab'lonin Relations[]
During the Alliance's expedition to the Bab'lonin Universe, Hilda was among the leaders to represent their own government to meet Lois Santiego, the president of the Earth Alliance aboard Babylon 5 in 1453 NE and revealed to him of her people's other alternate reality and in hopes to build strong relations with them. But after his tragic death when his ship exploded, she gave her personal condolences.
She received word of Santiago's Vice President, now successor Morgan Clark seems very eager for the Federation's advance technology but was not very trusting of him from her agents who found some information among those with telepathy in Psi Corps. Ginza Gate Negotiation[]
After making first contact with the Ascendancy in the Eai'eei Universe, concerned of a disadvantage of a vastly advance race and the dangers of the Gate that could endanger both worlds. She was among the three human ambassadors with Ivan Scott to speak with the UN to convince them of the danger of the gate and the Hive while, Avatar Aang to negotiate a non-hostile pact with the Ascendancy.
Personality[]
Hilda was known for being a serious leader and taken her role as president of the Alliance serious, this goes back to the time when she was born only a few years before the Combine occupation that took over her Earth, fought in the Uprising and the Civil Wars which made her see value in human life. When she approached the inhabitants of Pol Earth, she was familiar somewhat of their lifestyles in the 40s parallel to her earth's past, but did not tolerate their prejudice, nor being treated differently by her gender until he smugly told them she was old enough to be a grandmother by 1415 NE, when the invasion began and receieved news of the casualties ad angered by their lack of understanding, even despised the Warhawk politicians who wish to push for immediate execution of war prisoners including Nazis and Imperial Japanese, but refused to allow it to make themselves lower than their enemies and find any prisoner would have valued information.
