Jeffrey Woods aka Jeff the Killer was one of the most gruesome serial killers only surpassed by Jason Voorhees and it’s responsible for the death of approximately 2,000,000 people.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Little is known about his early life however it is known that he moved to a new town to start a new life and according to witnesses he and his brother were harassed by a local gang and Jeff attacked them until they escaped to avoid any more confrontations, however the police approached it’s house and detained his brother, Liu
The “Killer” case[]
Following the death of Jeff the Killer everything was for sometime peaceful that is until a new series of murders started to emerge fortunately one of the victims was having a conversation with a friend so the authorities could hear the record and heard it’s characteristic “Go to sleep” of Jeff . This concern everyone as it was dead and eventually returns back to life. In response to this discovery the Joint Police Agency opened the Killer case that involved the capture of Jeff The Killer also involved in the case were the now extinct SCP foundation ,the Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense and the Hazardous Environment Combat Unit as well as other mercenary and private military companies as they knew that Jeff won’t ceed without a fight.
