Knox Jeanes, full name Knox Geoffrey Jeanes, also known as "The Butler", "The Cold Caretaker" and "The Cruel Butler" is a sadistic serial killer of African descent who help Sir Arthur Williams in his killings, because of this, he's wanted by the Joint Police Agency of the Alliance of Civilizations. Both Psychologists and Police officials alike are unsure if the man has performed any killings himself, either killing a handful of people in his own right or if he killed some of Arthur's victims, however, there was an unsolved murder of a British family of African descent some years before Arthur's killings began, leading to the possible theory of Knox killing this family (rather or not they were his relatives is still up to debate) as his first killings.
