Kreda Valin was a female dark sorcerer who fought in a war on her homeworld dating back a 150 years prior to the Malican Worlds War, she practiced in powerful dark magic that led to her imprisonment and those who were disturbed of her practice, she fought against many Keybladers until she was struck down by her foe, Hiron Yami. Although she was presumed to be killed, they were unaware that she practiced in soul magic by anchoring her soul to a piece of amulet, which would pass down to her relatives, and wait for the moment to claim a host to restore her, which would be in possession of the Harringnor Family when they served the Empire of the Heartless. What they presumed would restore their family with her guidance as a benevolent witch of justice, but was falsified when most of it was only preserved by the Keyblade masters of her crimes, and use the moment to exact her vengeance against the keybladers, especially the descendants of Hiron.
Eventually, her spirit lingered to one potential host of one of her descendants, Nina Yujo and tempted to draw her to the amulet bond but had been kept at bay until 1473 AXC (2604 NE) after the argument between Nina and her mother led the amulet to latch on to her and begun her plans, Joining forces with Xehanort Cheirismos during the Remnant Wars but was ultimately vanquished by Nina after fully regaining her body.

Becoming a Witch[]
Kreda when she was alive
Early in her life, Kreda was gifted with magic and trained by a skilled sorcerer, she performed well and according the Master of Masters upon hearing about the girl, she once grew up from neglectful parents who left her for their social status. The magic users helped her with this power and saw potential in her, already at a young age had she studied much about the spells when she learned the art of summoning, only to use certain arts of dark magic to make her mentors weary, her raw emotions of hate and anger were too much from the abandonment that scarred her. She believed that only the strong deserve greater achievements, that family was but a weakness and considered it a blessing for her to not be held back. Some of the students were horrified of the certain spectres she summoned and the danger they posed until her mentors realised she went too far with her creations, this incident drew the attention of the Keyblade Order who arrested her. Confiscating her research, artefacts and items connected to her crimes when she put on trial and saw her father who realised what she became when she saw her sister who was ashamed, she tried to kill them but was heavily restrained and taken away from the trial, screaming out that darkness will engulf their worlds.
Although imprisoned at age 19, she spent the time conducting experiments of her spells within her cell and even used the ritual on fellow prisoners to escape. Her name spread among her homeworld and became known as the "Shadow Witch" due to her magic related to darkness and phantom creatures. She was freed by by fellow dark acolytes who saw potential in her and joined them after finding others like her.

Though she was killed in battle, she had anchored her soul to her family's necklace which unknown to them at the time, she made a false claim it would grant them achievements whilst in truth was for her to possess a potentially strong host, mainly from her descendant from her siblings.
It had remained lost at the time during the Malican Wars as her descendants lost it, it eventually came into possession of the House of Harringnor who were preparing to choose one worthy to control her power while they remained loyal to the Empire of the Heartless until almost all of them, save for Veljko Harringnor who escaped during the civil war. He was unable to gain access its magic as he was not worthy
The Return[]
Unknown for any who came in possession of the necklace, Kreda gained access to some of her descendants and was able to briefly encounter her descendants, she found Avalon, somewhat reminded of herself but was too obedient to her father and assumed she would have been worthy of her hidden talent. But at the time she gave birth to her firth child, Nina Yujo, she sensed great power and slowly at times folded her through her subconscious to bring out her power over the years. Although Nina rejected her at times for decades until her reunion with her mother and used this as an advantage to make her belief her mother abandoned her the moment her parents separated, learning about her new family as a 'replacement', when they finally retrieved the necklace from the ruins and more strong enough to take over Nina to bring back her soul to a new body. Mockingly 'thanked' the horrified Avalon for her help playing her part to bring her daughter to her true path and abandoned her to begin her vengeance on the descendants of her killer.
In order to gain a further step ahead of her foes when find much of the worlds had changed in over a millennia, she confronted her descendants in their home, and scolded them of how her family's legacy had fallen to disgrace, ignoring Veljko's reasoning that they had to do what he thought was right and rebuffed at the idea of letting them even share her power after all the years of they endured, yet she declared him the 'weakling' for offering one of his to the very enemy as a sign of submission.
Personality and Traits[]
When Kreda was alive, she sought only to gain power and disregarded the lives of others to achieve her goals, believing only the strong survived, which may have passed down to her descendants. Carries a strong hate towards all who wielded the keyblades and those who associate with them, this does not exclude her descendants when she saw how low the Resnek family went to even give one of their own to the enemy, even to the descendants of her enemy, an example of taking the life of Avalon's father and proclaimed him as weak to submit to the enemy. But does seem to tolerate her host, Nina as she found her powers great and filled with darkness inherited from her parents and used those emotions to mock and belittle Avalon and Makoto for their selfishness.
She is cunning and deceitful, using others as pawns and had no regards of her blood relatives, only to see them as pawns for her plans of reviving herself, even if means to kill her host to permanently take her place if she gained the opportunity.
Kreda appeared to be resourceful and fast learner, using the time to catch up on history from being absent for many centuries.
