The Kui'uyi Universe during the Second Extrasolar War
The Kui'uyi Universe is one of the various universes to exist in the known multiverse. By the 24th century native era, most of the Milky Way galaxy was in a state of war between the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance and the Helghast Empire. First discovered in 2357 (1415 NE) at the time of the Second Extrasolar War broke out.

Recovering from their defeat of the previous war, the Helghast Empire embarked on a bold plan of conquest to rejoin the two halves of the Alpha Centauri system and rebuild their great empire. In the year 1415 NE (2357), Autarch Scolar Visari, the founder of the Helghast Empire was very eager to capture the planet Vekta. Recognizing Visari as Emperor of their empire if his plan succeeded. Prior to the invasion, they made contact with the extra dimensional Empire known as the Empire of the Combine Race in return of an alliance and support of their conquest of the Alpha Centauri System.
