The Mag'llzu Universe is a universe within the known multiverse. The universe was discovered by the Alliance of Nations in 2340 NE (XXXX Mag'llzu), but due to the escalations of the climaxing First Multiverse War, the universe was not extensively studied, and first contact would not be made for some time, despite the presence of seemingly peaceful races with FTL capabilities.
In this universe, through unknown means and across an unknown span of time, Humanity was properly unified under the United Nations, which came to consist of about every nation from Mag'llzu Earth. The UN came to possess warp-like FTL (similar to civilizans in the Duyi'zu Universe) technology and formed the United Nations Space Fleet to explore the Milky Way Galaxy. During their explorations, UNSF ships came to discover many wonders, anomalies, and alien civilizations.
The Alliance made proper contact with the Mag'llzu Universe in XXXX (2343 NE) through the deployment of United Federation of Planets vessels. Starfleet diplomats met with UN representatives aboard the ship UNSF Magellan, and peaceful cooperation began shortly after.

The United Nations is the governing body of Humanity and Earth in the Mag'llzu Universe. After planetary unification, the humanity (and by extension, the UN) came to possess faster-than-light travel methods. Sometime before or after the creation of the first Magellan-class deep space exploration vessels, the UNSF Magellan and Dietrich, mankind ventured out into the stars to discover new life and explore the galaxy. The United Nations' member nations still maintain some degree of sovereignty, but all are still considered states of the UN. The United Nations also maintains an expeditionary starfleet, the United Nations Space Fleet.
