Miles Matheson is a member of New Republic's Rogue Squadron. Miles has a strong morality, believing that the right thing should be done despite the means in which it is done. He values life and will go out of his way to help people, provided he gets something out of it, and despite his attitude of using people to achieve his goals he does not believe in it, preferring to help those that he cares about rather than kill them. He has no problem in hurting or killing those that threaten those that he cares for.
