In 5549 (4004 NE), the final year of the Nationalist Wars, Yiloala Kutarukia, the Cruel Lord and herald of The Hunter , publicly known as "Peter Tsar" who orchestrated the Nationalist Wars as part of his plot to wage war against the Multiversial Federation and secretly build his empire sent his newfound ally, Lord Aeon Thantos on a mission to kill the Defense Council of the Nationalist Alliance on the inferno planet De'ijkki Earth. The Council, consisting of the primary leaders of the major factions of the Nationalist Alliance, was a loose end for Yiloala's overarching goals of kickstarting the Third Multiverse War and his manipulation of the majority of the TransRace people into creating the TransRace Empire. Nationalist Council gathered to the De'ijikki Universe for further plans meetings, but also to celebrate the news of the Peacekeepers' downfall. When Thanatos arrived, however, some immediately recognised him as Akio Yujo, and assassinated each member of the Council in order to bring an end to the war. Thanatos willfully carried out the slaughter after fighting his way to the War Room and Conference Room, where he butchered each Nationalist leader one by one, some fought back, others barely fought against him as he killed them. The slaughter ended with the death of Xehanort Cheirismos, his family's long time arch-enemy and one of the more influenctial members of the Council.

As the bloodshed came to an end, Aeon Thanatos contacted Yiloala to inform him that the Defense Council had been killed. Yiloala then ordered Thanatos to send a message to remotely disable and sabotage most of the Nationalist gear and equipment, which he followed putting an abrupt end to the Nationalist Wars, publicly declared himself as the Federation as Emperor of the TransRace Empire and kickstarted the Third Multiverse War.

In the years that followed, some holdouts of the Nationalists continued to operate throughout the multiverse despite the end of the war. The TransRace imperial and Federation militaries tracked these holdouts down to destroy them and absorb their technology into their own regimes.
