Nisha, also known as The Sheriff of Alliance Joint Police Force, is one of the people found in Pandora. The Sheriff is the significant other of Handsome Jack. She was involved in the fall of New Haven and was the one who captured and imprisoned The Knife, after killing his beloved puppy. She is given free reign over a large tract of the planet Pandora. She is part of the Coruscant massacre in the Second War
