Obed Kuzmensarn was the mysterious figure who was part of the leading faction of the Traditionalists against the reformation of the Imperium of Man, he somehow had swayed many into the belief the God-Emperor and his Primarch sons being manipulated by the Illuminati faction and took advantage of his revival, gaining stronger allies within the Traditionalists to join the Imperialist Alliance, causing a greater rift whiten the Imperium to Start a Civil war after his first action was to start a riot across the Imperial Worlds.
He had maintained his identity hidden, even from the Inquisitors who had yet to know who he is, according to certain intelligence and spies, according to Gregor Eisenhorn some believed he was a citizen from a world that was lost during the Combine conflict and brought into the Imperial Faith for several centuries. Yet, nothing of details and believed he is not who he claims to be and part of another cult that is plotting behind the scenes of the Imperium War.
Biography[]
Kuzmensarn had been making himself known across several worlds in the Imperium when it was experiencing its moment of peace for the first time in Fop'lla history, he began plotting his scheme when rumour of many questioning the Imperium's role of either remain a member of the alliance or defect with the war against the Combine now officially over, word of several factions defecting to form the Imperialist Alliance gave him the advantage to manipulate some of the Imperium's powerful figures to start a rift between them. Approaching the hero of the Imperium, Ciaphus Cain as a key advantage by influencing him among others to their cause in belief that the newly revived Emperor of Mankind was being manipulated by the Illuminati faction. Using his powers to preach and stir an uprising with his allies of their cult to continue the conflict in the Fop'lla universe.

Obed appears to possess a strong psionic ability to mask his presence of his true appearance, posing as a human or other species, influencing those around him to warp their minds by his words as how he was able to bring a mass number of people to turn on the Loyalists.
