Octavia Buckzo-Goetia, born Octavia Goetia II to Stolas and Stella Goetia is a Plainsborn Demon from Haei'tuusik's hell who was raised among hell's complicated and vast Goetia aristocracy but due to her father's actions and his own desire to give his daughter a childhood he did not have, she was raised not with the pressure that most Goetia nobles are typically forced to endure. Following the challenge, her father remarried to a Imp named Blitz Buckzo-Goetia who slowly became a second father to her but his daughter, Loona, quickly became her adopted sister and she followed her father's direction by taking on the surname Buckzo-Goetia.
For much of her life, she was largely unaware of just how bad her parent's marriage was, although she was keenly aware that her parents might not get along most of the time, especially as she got older, something that both her parents hid from her, at least when she was much younger, over time that became less and less apparent, especially as her mother's open hostility towards her father became more apparent, but it wasn't until she was 17 did her parent's marriage fully fall apart completely and ended in a divorce, partly as a result of her father committing a affair with a male Imp named Blitz, leading her to not like the Imp all that much, though that dislike was slowly lessen the more she learned of how awful her parent marriage was, though she did come to like the people he hired for Immediate Murder Professionals, getting along well with the married Imp couple Moxxie and Millie Horvitz but striking up a good friendship with Loona, Blitz adopted daughter, and Bash, a TransRace Human he picked up on a job.
By the end of the challenge caused by the Entities and the inclusion of their worlds into the Alliance, she joined her father and new family members with the newly restructured Interuniversial Military Professionals alongside its' employees and Bash's new girlfriend Thelita to travel the Known Multiverse, taking the opportunity to enjoy the wonders the new Multiverse had to offer with her father.

Octavia first met Endea on an interstellar expedition alongside her husband on research of the stellar clouds, only to find out there were rifts open from the Challenge event caused by dangerous lifeforms they come across. Octavia came to help the Time Lord to prevent them causing a further threat to Earth. Curious to see more worlds and offered the chance to see them, she did but only if Ekkehardt Hertz went with them, which she agreed to. At times, using the travels to conduct her research and studies, but also to help Endea out on situations, fully aware of the dangers and learning about alternate realities
