The OSIPR3 or AR3, commonly refereed to as the Auto Rifle Mark 3 and the Dark Energy/Dark Matter Pulse Auto Assault Rifle Mark 3 respectively, is the last variant of the Overwatch Assault Rifles created and used by the Empire of the Combine Race before it's defeat and dissolved in 2372 NE. Created to be a more accurate, more powerful and more practical Rifle as the First Multiverse War continued. The AR3 was used just as often by the Combines as with it's older AR2 variant, however, AR3s were rarely used by other factions due to the fact that the Combines more often then not destroy shipments of AR3s to prevent them from falling into enemy hands.
