The Ruii'kyl Universe is a universe discovered in the year 2413 NE by a Filo Galactic Republic expedition fleet and slated for Joint Colonization by the Alliance of Civilizations. However, roughly two months later, the Alliance discovered a earth-like planet dubbed Remnant by its' population, which is made up of Humans and Anthros called Faunus. Upon further observations, the Alliance discovered that the world had a dangerous form of life called the Grimm, which made life hard for the people of the planet, with entire villages disappearing overnight.

History[]

There are many stories to the locals of Remnant some say that it was the creation of two brother gods, other claims that it has something to do with a clan called the Maidens, holders of an immense power that is passed down from generation to generation. However it is still unknown as there few records of Remnant’s early years so everything is nothing but myths and legends. But much like how long forgotten civilizations are still partly remembered through various myths and legends, so too could the pre-recorded history of Remnant, with all of its' various myths holding some grain of truth here and there.

After the Fall of Beacon the United Dimensions sent in a thousand of Blue Helmets in order to avoid a war between the four kingdoms aswell as sending resources and volunteers to help the governments against the terrorists as well as soldiers serve as commanders and military advisors in exchange for the granting of exploration and the mining rights to other companies. But as of today the conflict is in a stalemate as the nation's militaries are filled with multiple faults and a small part of the militaries are the ones who alongside the foreign operators are carrying on with the fight without having a significant advancement. Only has gotten worse with the Fall of Atlas and a large quantity of materials were lost.

After the end of the Civil War multiple of the main Federated colonies began a series of protests that demanded the improving of life conditions and the end of the military rule in the colonies and the calling of democratic elections. This protests were brutally repressed by the local militaries without the central governments approval and fearing that they might be next multiple groups began to arm themselves and fight against the Federation. The fight ended with the signing of the Chofield Accords in with the colonies will become independent. To this day the conflict is polemical because the The Old Union heard that to generals were the ones to cause the conflict

Notes[]

  • Remnant is discovered roughly two weeks before PVP Episode of Volume III, although the Alliance wouldn't establish first contact until two days before the episode proper.
  • Much of Volume III continues as is in canon, including the Fall of Beacon, and the deaths of Pyrrha, Roman, and Ozpin (or rather his current form), but has been changed is what the Alliance does after that, in essence placing the planet under a state of martial law (under the leadership of the Filo Galactic Republic, TransRace Republics, and United Systems of Earth) and dissolving the four kingdoms (and frankly any state period) in an attempt to remedy the chaos only to have it fail on them, although not as badly as it would have in canon, as the Alliance declares a open campaign of conflict against Salem and her groups.
  • In the months sense, each of the remaining cities are under military rule with checkpoints setup everywhere while gathering as many people as they can from the countryside into said cities as they began a bombing campaign across Remnant in an effort to at least curtail the Grimm, but they still remain a problem, if less of one.
  • From Volume III on much of the plot has been changed significantly with the Alliance serving as a big part as to why it is, although eventually the Cruel Lord and the Hunter do play a role near the end.
